We stayed for 6 nights in September at the end of our holiday. The hotel was exceptional. Situated in a stunning location just outside the village with a beautiful pool and a peaceful area to relax in. The owner, Bruno, was very welcoming and helpful, sourcing a pharmacy and booking appointments for our Covid tests which had been a cause of concern for us. The rooms were very comfortable and the food, we understand prepared and cooked by Bruno’s brother was outstanding. We have stayed in many hotels over the years and never have we looked forward to our evening meal so much. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed here for two nights part way through our walking holiday. A charming hotel in a lovely location overlooking Ainhoa. The owner was very welcoming and everything ran very smoothly. He and the staff clearly pride themselves on the standard of service. Our room was very comfortable with a good sized bed and a balcony with views over the town. A large pool with plenty of loungers made for a very relaxing afternoon. Dinners were very good and the complementary appetisers and petit fours made it feel a quality experience.
