Yet another disappointing ”food experience” pointed out by Michelin. Really, what is the intention here? Farm to table yes ok but where is the craftsmanship, where is the execution, the respect for the ingredients? The flavours were poor. Especially one dish that I will post here. What is this? A white sauce in the bottom with a bitterness but no flavour. Salmon ok. But what are these gray peaces of meet mixed with the salmon and the flavourless white gel sauce? Something you needed to get rid of? Looks and tastes like the unseasoned peaces that had a couple of days too long in the fridge that I would give my dog. Cauliflower and peas that seems taken from one of these frozen packages in the supermarket, another flavourless addition to this disastrous dish. Dîner de la Saint Sylvestre chez artzain . Beau restaurant, joli décor et ambiance cosy . Au menu gravlax de truite ou crémeux de châtaignes cromesquis de gésiers....j'opte pour ce plat ,un régal ! Un ami opté pour le gravlax de truite et déception très peu de truite fumée dans l'assiette et la glace piquillos qui l'emporte sur tout ...dommage car visuellement c'est plutôt réussi

A noter qu'en amuse bouche nous a ions eu un pudding à l'ail oeuf mimosa ....Le pudding étais gorgé d'huile et l'œuf mimosa sans peps

S'en suis la St Jacques topinambour et boudin. Bonne assiette plutôt goûteuse mais qui manque d'un petit "twist"

Viens ensuite le canard "kriaxera" et là déception totale . Effiloché de canard trop compact,beaucoup trop compact. Pâte de raviole trop épaisse, chips de patate douce trop peu croustillant et comme le pudding gras un passage au four pour les séchers aurai étais super car le goût étais là. Mais surtout, ce plat étais terriblement sec pas de sauce ou si peut quel dommage.

On termine sur un russe à la façon du chef pas mal, avec une compoté de kiwi jaune plutôt goûteuse et une crème vanille très peu sucré ce qui plutôt bien et très légère. MAlheureusement ce désert ne fait pas oublier le raté total sur l"assiette précédente

Service top Les trois serveuses étaient super sympa et très pro .

Nous avons dégusté : velouté de cucurbitacées, gésiers et pesto de chou kale puis crevettes sauvages sur crème de brandade de morue, émulsion de crustacés, puis moelleux coulant au chocolat et mousse de sarrazin. Mon compagnon a mangé, vinaigrette de lentilles, mimosa d'oeuf, fruits secs et tuile de châtaignes, puis quasi de veau, jus à l'encre de seiche et livèche, puis au dessert un russe accompagné de sa glace au potimarron.
