Restaurant le bon accueil chez nono — Restaurant in Beaune

Wonderful dinner on a summer evening at La Montagne in the hills above the city of Beaune! Plenty of parking right in front of the entrance, fully handicap accessible. A few steps (or wide ramp) down into the large patio shaded by a big chestnut tree. Indoor seating to the left, behind a wide and tall glass front. Seated immediately and served by a friendly attentive host and the owner. Our orders were taken without rush and good explanations. We received an appetizer terrine on the house. The plates were served shortly afterwards. Delicious dishes, very tasty, nicely plated. Perfect French comfort food. French fries were crispy and not oily at all 👍. Well worth the hike (or drive)! Generous portions and very affordable, especially the 13€ lunch menu. And it's open seven days a week, which seems very rare in Beaune.

My wife and I stumbled upon this restaurant on a hike through the hills to the west of Beaune. Forest service work made us late coming back into town for lunch, and Google maps told us Le Bon Accueil was nearby. we were shocked that it was actually open on Monday, and we were delighted by the excellent food, friendly service, and low prices. For two three-course meals and two glasses of good wine, we paid just 44€ total. I had steak with the 13€ menu du jour, which seemed like a steal. To cap it all off, the road back to Beaune takes you through some picturesque vineyards.

Nous étions un groupe de 35 personnes(hôteliers) , nous avions réservé et nous nous attendions à une belle prestation comme nous le voyons ici sur les photos.... À l'arrivée rien de tout cela ! Le serveur nous annonce qu il ferme à 22h maximum, les plats ont été envoyé en 1heure (5 services), quand on demande de ralentir le service on nous répond "je paie des employés ce soir .." pour la nourriture je suis désolée mais ignoble coq au vin brûler, gâteau limite un bloc de beurre sur un gâteau sec..... Et le service était déplorable, le serveur s'assier et nous fixe en soufflant, quand on réclame du vin on l'entend dire "oh ils boivent encore..." On nous fait comprendre de partir en nous disant je n'ai jamais eu de mauvais client je vais appeler les flics...

Super mais n'y aller pas je vous le déconseille vraiment plus jamais pour ma part Je pense que le patron devrais ce remettre en question car ni la cuisine et ni l'accueil...
