AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE||I'm writing this scathing review as a warning to others: steer clear of this dump. We booked this hotel to collect our new 1kg puppy from a breeder and were looking forward to a relaxing evening with our well-trained medium dog in tow. But what we got was a nightmare.||Despite informing the owner that we'd be bringing our pet, we were met with hostility and aggression upon arrival at 6:40 PM on a Saturday. The owner's behavior was unhinged, bordering on psychopathic. I genuinely feared for our safety and backed off to avoid a confrontation.||The hotel itself was barely clean, but it was the owner's toxic presence that made it a true "Hotel of Horrors." We were left stranded without a place to stay, and to add insult to injury, Booking. Com failed to provide any assistance or refund our stolen money. We were left without a hotel and refused entry! ||Don't make the same mistake we did. This place is a disaster, and the owner's behavior is unacceptable. If you value your sanity and safety, avoid this hotel at all costs.||UPDATE: I'd love to hear from Booking Co and see some effort to return our MONEY . stolen off of us. Perfect little place with a super friendly host! Pet friendly and also right at the lake. So after a hot day in the car, we (and our dog) were able to take a cool plunge at 50 m of the hotel. The host made us burgers to take with us for a picknick at the lake. Great place to stay. The owners are great and very welcoming. They couldn't have been more helpful! The room we stayed in was clean and tidy with an amazing view of the Lake. They serve lunch and dinner and the food is extremely good and very low in price.
