I would rather give 0 stars... What an awful experience....! I ordered a well-done burger without Cheese. Raw meat makes me very sick, and I am allergic to some types of cheese. They brought out all the food, but forgot to take of the cheese of my burger. That's okay, mistakes can happen. When my company finished the food, I got my burger and wanted to start eating. I cut the burger in two pieces and noticed the burger being raw, so I couldn't eat it again. I called over the waitress and told her I am very sorry but I would like to leave, because my company was waiting and it was the second time something went wrong. They brought me the bill, and I was surprised they fully charged my food as well. So I asked if I really needed to pay for the food that went wrong twice and I didn't even took a bite. You wouldn't believe me, but the waitress started to shout at me. "Of course you have to pay, you are in France!! I am speaking English to you and that's not even enough for you, you did not even try to talk to me in French! And now you waste our food. I have no time for you, I am going to other customers now!! I did never raise my voice at all, and only asked a question. Me and my company were surprised by the yelling out of nowhere. We just payed everything and left the restaurant. If they just told me I had to pay for everything, that would be fine. But now they really deserve this review. After reading the restaurants reaction: Please don't turn things around! I don't see how other people can be shocked because of my question or the way I acted. I did not raise my voice or scream. I even told the waitress that I was not mad, just disappointed because I couldn't eat the food that came out of the kitchen twice. That's why I asked for the bill for all the other food and drinks, so I could leave the restaurant. I only asked if I really had to pay for the food that didn't came out of the kitchen the way I asked, because I could not eat it without getting sick and I wanted to leave. The waitress raised her voice towards me instead of just explaining her point of view. When she was yelling she got to a point were she wasn't even explaining anything about the food or the ",problem/question" I had anymore. She started to point out that I didn't even appreciate the fact that she was speaking English. She told me I should have went to a fastfood takeaway, because I didn't want to wait. I didn't know how a restaurant works etc. And after her saying all that, I even told her that I DID appreciate her talking English to me. But she went away upset. I did not come in to the restaurant with any bad intentions. I just wanted to eat something. But I went out of the restaurant flabbergasted by the way I was treated.

Personnel excentrique et hostile qui vous rabroue, installe quelqu'un à votre table le temps que vous alliez passer un coup de fil et se met à deux pour vous harceler devant la toute la salle parce que vous réclamez une carafe d'eau depuis 20 minutes. Le patron qui confirme qu'il a davantage intérêt à vous vendre de l'eau minérale qu'à vous servir une carafe, tout est dit... Et puis, attention, il y a des soirées musicales sur la terrasse le samedi soir jusqu'à minuit passé. Enfin si on pouvait encore rajouter au côté malsain de ces personnes, ils disent regarde entre eux les vidéos prises des clients dans l’établissement pour s’en amuser.

The host is fantastic; welcoming and friendly. The room is fantastic, the balcony and the view are fantastic. The breakfast was fantastic and the weather was, well you've guessed it, fantastic! ☀️ I wish I was here for longer. I'd give 6-Stars if I could 👍 🇫🇷 🇬🇧

I would rather give 0 stars... What an awful experience....!

Hi.||After a 3 hour drive, a PCR test to comply with this hotels policy. I arrived at the hotel.||I was directed to a woman with a lot of masquarer.and we had a polite talk as she looked for my booking. I HAD ready my pre paid e mail reciept from my company and showed her.||Suddenly she gave me a ticket to pay 49.90 euros ,upon whch i insisted its already paid and showed again my pre paid e mail.||Her reply was we dont accept payment by internet.||I had no idea but gave her a clue that maybe its paid in another manner than internet.||No she insisted and wouldnt give me my room key||Unless i paid up.||I told them i must sleep.in the car in that case , muchbto the amusement of the already installed clients.||I used a few expletives and headed to my car..||As i checked my sleeping bag was there in the boot the manager approached me and said Mr ..........., its ok we have recived payment already...||Thecwoman had abig smile and an apology was not firthcoming.||All they wanted to ask me was i going to eat in their restaurant both the evening and breakfast time.||I asked for a commercial gesture as the breakfast costs 13.95 euros ..the woman replied thats his problem as she pointed to the manager.||To be honest..i was so embarrased i had no wish to eat with them .||When i asked if they needed to see my Sani Pass for COVID their reply was no.||Thats my experience in a Hotel that calls...

Nice place to stay with good quality rooms and a comfortable bed, I would certainly stay again if I was in the area. The breakfast needs to be improved though as its super basic with just two cereal types ( flakes or sugary granola with chocolate pieces ) and a nice croissant & bread / juice / coffee for 12 euros. I asked if there was anything else and the lady replied its a continental breakfast ( which I was already aware of ) but she did come out with a yogurt after her phone call. By offering some oats ( not everyone wants sugary cereal ), cheese / ham & boiled egg would really transform the offering and not cost the owners much more and make it worthwhile for guests, presently it doesn't represent value and in my opinion its not worth it.

I didn't eat in the evening so I cannot comment about that.

I am not out to give the owners a hard time, I think they are new to the place and clearly there making a real go at this, its a really good place to stay but with a few simple tweaks could...
