Stayed here while cycling the Rhone. It's really a restaurant rather than a hotel so there are not very many rooms and the facilities are basic. However the food was amazing. I ate here in November 2012. I was in the area on business and I stumbled into this small hotel and restaurant in the pretty town of Lagnieu near Lyon. The ambience was great and the dishes were well prepared by super Chef Bruno Bossi and his team. The wine list was so complete that I actually had trouble deciding which wine to choose.
