My wife and I had a wonderful lunch here today. The restaurant is in an old industrial building which has been converted into a really cool space with a large and breezy outside seating area. There is no traffic noise but it is close to the main through road, which makes it an excellent place to stop if you are journeying. All of the produce used is from within a 40 km radius and organic/ethical. There is also co-working spaces and a cool shop onsite, inside the building. The food is cooked by visiting chefs doing current and fresh takes on cuisine (no over-saucing here). The month we visited the chef was Linda Khazri, whose food was beautiful; you can see examples of the type of food she prepares on Insta (her handle is @seasondat). It was colourful, subtle, flavourful, and most importantly for us - expertly seasoned in a way that is often hard to find in rural France. The chef Linda Khazri somehow knows exactly what you want to eat and how to combine flavors in an inventive way. Each element in a dish of haricots verts and chevre was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Beef tataki gets a new flavor profile with a flavorful sauce made from cooked raisins and onions.
