Dined on subsequent nights. Not especially for the food. However, the restaurant star is the wife of a husband and wife team who run the “front of house” operations with great charm and efficiency. The food offerings were ok. However, the food as presented was in desperate need of seasoning on different elements and the potatoes were crying out for butter! The clafoutis was also crying for a little cream. Unusually, the restaurant offered carafe of wine at a very reasonable cost, which I enjoyed on both nights as my partner does not drink wine.
