From the moment I stepped into this restaurant, it was clear that I was in for something truly special. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elegance and warmth, setting the stage for an evening that proved to be nothing short of exceptional.

The food was, quite simply, a revelation. Each dish felt invented—not just prepared—showcasing creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of flavor. Every plate was both visually stunning and gastronomically delightful, blending unexpected ingredients in ways that felt both daring and harmonious. It’s rare to encounter a menu that excites both the mind and the palate, but this one did so with confidence and grace.

Service was polished and professional without ever feeling stiff. The staff anticipated every need with quiet efficiency, allowing the experience to unfold seamlessly.

Spent 3 nights in the Loire Valley staying at Les Sources in Cheverny. We came to Granica for our final dinner to round up our entire France trip. To start their wine list is driven in the local Loire wines, but had diversity across other regions in France. Alice who runs the wine program helped us pick a red from Chinon. My wife and I opted the 7 course tasting menu and was incredibly impressed. Flavors, presentation and creativity were exceptional. The dishes I would single out were the Foie Gras, Cabbage with French Caviar and the Chocolate Desert. All in all I think you are getting incredible value for the meal if you compare the other 1 star restaurants in the region. Certainly worthy of the star and you could make an argument it deserves two. The new layout of the restaurant is modern all while not being stuffy at all. Will be...

My wife and I celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary at La Vieille Tour in Celettes while on a family trip in France and we could not be more pleased with our experience. The food was spectacular and our host described each dish in great details, further clarifying ingredients or cooking styles we weren't familiar with. This was truly an adventure for the palate, with fresh, seasonal ingredients conveying the love and passion that the owners of La Vieille Tour put into their craft. The atmosphere was also very inviting, in a rustic yet elegant setting of thick stone walls and warm wooden beams.
