Le Saint-Martin — Restaurant in Blois

Wanted to avoid the expensive limited options in château Chambord. Unfortunately we discovered here there was only 1 main dish served. Ok so spaghetti carbonara only main dish on menu, fine, but if you do only 1 dish it should at least be good. Worst carbonara I've ever had, and then to be served grated emmental as a side in replacement of parmesan. Service was nice and friendly though and cheaper...

Local food, cooked well, and attentive hosts. Put up with our poor grasp of French language, and we worked to understand each other with good humour. Dont expect an expansive menu, it isnt that kind of place. What they offer...

Tres bon accueil. Un peu étonné au début car il n y a qu un menu. On était avec 2 ados. Mais la patronne leur a fait des frites maison !!! Super sympa ! Quand à l'unique menu du jour ( avec double choix pour entrée plat et dessert quand meme), rien à redire sur la qualité. C etait traditionnel, frais, ça touche presque le gastronomique ! Je mets rarement de commentaires, mais la ça vaut le coup. J avais oublié ce qu etait un restaurant. La vous mangez autre chose que tous ce que les autres proposent. On s est régalé ( la poilee de gambas était excellente, tout était bon...
