This is a wonderfull cafe driven by passionate people with a mission to make you feel the mountains. With the great hospitality and authentic and tastefull food, this place is a MUST stop over to and from the glacier Mer du glace.

What few people know is that you can actually stay the night here…as the only one!!! Soléne and David rents out a Dome with a wonderful view to the stars and mountains. They serve you wonderful drinks, appetizers, great dinner and a nice breakfast, while you sit one their exelence terrasse and enjoy the view and the silence. This is a unique experience we will recomend to all people who loves the mountains :-) Thank you Soléne (and David) for a wonderfull experience!...

Very bad customer service. I went there for a quick drink/meal and was waiting a long time for the waiter. He took everyone else's orders apart from mine, even people who came after me! Then, instead of apologizing, he started making excuses they're too busy, people have reservations, etc. That's a lie - the people who came after me also did not have a reservation, yet got served faster. And guess what - it is indeed possible to take the orders of more than one table at a time ;) Very bad experience and attitude, not going there anymore. There are better customer...

Every once in awhile you come across a place that is really special. This is that kind of place. The fact that it takes a bit of effort to get to just adds to how great it is. My wife and I took the train to the top and walked down to dinner. AMAZING experience in every way. Friendly people, GREAT food, chill vibe. If you enjoy the busy/crazy/touristy confines of downtown Chamonix...this is not your kind of place. If on the other hand, you like out of the way, beautiful, chill and outrageously delicious restaurants...do yourself a...
