No sandwiches at 9:30 in the morning. Very unfriendly when asked for water. Take all with you and avoid this place. Tip 1, put a bottle of water away on the trail to " la junction" so you have water when going down. Tip 2 : Many people have to go by foot to the parking as the lift closes at 18:00. Be prepared.
Response to owner : I standard say bonjour so doubt that I forgot. No I did not check upfront the opening time and menu. I just wanted to buy a fresh sandwich, tought it was open and your responce was that the delivery was not yet there. We did not ask for water in the morning as our bottles were filled !!! We did have food ( packed ) and water. We filled our bottles at the junction, with a filter, but missed the lift by 30 min as expected, that's why we bought only the going up ticket. My son asked if he could buy drinks /water as we finished our refills going down. Sorry for asking to buy something, will not disturb you again. We did over 130 km and over 7000 m in 8 days, eating and even sleeping at several refuges.
