Amazing experience! Plan to visit this place if you are in the region. We booked our dinner here for 2 days and both experiences were absolutely different but great. We were a bit scared in the beginning about their concept ("surprise" menu) but after the first dinner I was only scared that I would not be able to book a table for the second night:). Good quality food at reasonable price. Appetiser are ok nothing spectacular but still a decent dish. But my pork is really tasty. Cooked nicely, still a bit pink inside. Tender and full of flavour. Nous sortons assez déçus de ce restaurant. Nous avions beaucoup d'attente car le bouche a oreille nous y a envoyé mais après coup nous ne comprenons pas cet engouement... Malgré une recherche et un effort de présentation des plats, ceux ci ont peu de goût (duxelle de champignons froide, et fade; tartare de gambas ecoeurant a cause d'une mousse surchargée, idem pour la raviole). Je me suis retrouvé avec un rumsteck très nerveux que je n'ai pas fini, et j'ai indiqué ma déception mais comme j'ai tout mangé l'accompagnement (les conchiglionis farcis étaient bon), on n'a pas vraiment pris en compte ma remarque. Les desserts ont sauvé notre expérience, et le service est satisfaisant néanmoins nous ne reviendrons pas et sommes déçus compte tenu du rapport qualité prix.
