Chef Natasha and the entire team at The Forks delivered the most beautifully executed welcome party for our client's 3-day wedding celebrations at Château Gassies, and as always—it was a joy to work with them.

If you’re looking for hearty, authentic French fare that’s full of warmth and flavour, The Forks is a perfect choice. From overflowing platters of cheese, charcuterie, and grapes to a live seafood station with prawns and mussels cooked to order, the food was as delicious as it was abundant.

Equally impressive was the visual presentation. The design of the buffet—with its ruffled fabrics, rich textures, and layered styling—was absolutely on point and completely aligned with the look and feel of our design boards. Guests were wowed, and so were we.

We also hugely appreciated Natasha’s flexibility in helping us create a relaxed brunch for guests the following day, using leftover ingredients in a smart and generous way. She and her brilliant team are always a pleasure to collaborate with: reliable, creative, and consistently excellent.
