On the food side, do not worry about selecting dishes. There is only one menu everyday. It is typical comforts french food.And plenty. The fixed menu includes Appetizer, main dish, cheese (dry/sec, or fresh/faiselles), deserts. If you are totally new to the region, you may take the faisselle fresh cheese it is special from here.
