Royal Pizz — Restaurant in Brest

We ordered a Maya without bacon via telephone. Arriving at the restaurant, we found out that it was the number of their second restaurant. The guy made us a second pizza, which was a Maya but with bacon, so I said that it was the wrong one. Totally and annoyed because it was already the third pizza they had to do for us, he made us finally the right one which was alright....

My son was starving and we found this place in the middle of the road in Ploudalmézeau. We thought we would get mugged but the place was very cosy with the radio playing in the background.. Catastrophique 😮‍💨 Qualité moyenne mais enseigne à 10 minutes de chez nous !Alors on commandait depuis des années 2 fois par mois mais c'est fini!(depuis Novembre 2021 pour être precis) Bizarrement on doit toujours vérifier notre adresse de livraison ! De plus "l accueil" téléphonique n'en est pas un : attente et souvent on nous raccroche au nez! Je déconseille de payer en espèces sur place car on risque de vouloir vous encaisser 2 fois😠 Suite à la réaction du propriétaire, je précise que 1) nous ne commandons plus là bas depuis Janvier 2)personne ne sait jamais si plouguin ou St Pab est compris dans la zone de livraison 3)mon avis regroupe celui de plusieurs personnes dont des gens âgés ne manipulant pas internet 4)je maintiens votre manque d amabilité,votre manque de professionnalisme, la baisse de la qualité de vos pizzas (pas le prix en revanche !).
