Maison Pantaia — Restaurant in Brignoles

I really like this quaint, little tea place. It's decorated quite nicely and feels very homey. There are only about 4 tables inside (2 tables for 2 people and 2 tables for 4 or 5 people). They serve all sorts of teas, both hot and cold, coffee and delicious hot chocolate. My favorite is Chocolat Chaud Noir. The milk is served in a large bowl and you get a block of chocolate on the side that you mix into the milk by yourself. It's really neat. They serve sodas, as well. You can also have a small meal, like crepes and salads. In the summer time, they put tables and chairs just out front and serve ice cream. You can also purchase little gifts like tea pots, local artisan made chocolates and cups, candies, teas, and coffee which are all displayed in a country style atmosphere. It's very peaceful and great for couples, a friend get-to-together, and families. Occasionally they will host a singer/guitar player to come in and do a performance.
