Fantastic dining in a fabulous space, with excellent staff. I can't recommend Le 1150 highly enough. The restaurant space is beautifully laid out, and the atmosphere warm and full of interesting art and artefacts. The staff are professional and the gentleman working front of house on our visit - named Vincent - was knowledgeable and charming. So that's all great, but then we get to the food, which was quite brilliant. Restaurant / gites tenu par Laurent et Mélanie. J'avais contacté Laurent plusieurs mois à l'avance pour passer 5 nuits avec un ami pour le mois de septembre, Laurent s'était montré convivial et précautionneux. Je le recontacte quelques semaines avant notre venue pour confirmer, Laurent me donne son OK et doit revenir vers moi pour des aspects techniques (nous venons pour faire quelques jours de moto dans la région). Et ensuite plus de nouvelles, malgré mes nombreuses relances je n'ai plus eu aucun retour de sa part. Nous avons donc du trouver avec mon ami un autre logement dans la précipitation, redéfinissant notre programme établi depuis plusieurs mois.
