This restaurant is within an old walled village with no direct car access. There is a central car park about a 10 minute walk from the resteraunt. Going through the narrow gate into the cobbled street, there are a few small artisan galleries and a wine merchant. If you want to eat and sit outside looking over a beautiful valley and nearby hills, you need to BOOK. The menue offer a good range of seafood dishes , grilled meats, and a selection of Catalan dishes. The desserts are impressive. The sraff are engaging, friendly, and efficient. I cannot recommed this restaurant too highly. Four of us spent an ideal three and a half hours having lunch in a beautiful l location, enjoying wonderful food. We came here while visiting the very pretty town of Castelnou France. I honestly did not expect to find great food and was stunned when we began eating. We had the terrine de sardines as a shared starter and the daily fish along with stewed pork cheeks both served with veggies.
