TO THE CHEF AND WAITERS AT ' RESTAURANT AS DE TREFLE' At a time when I had given up hope of finding a reputable restaurant which served refined, tasty dishes, it was an unexpected delight to sit at your table and to experience, enjoy and appreciate food dishes with such outstanding delicate flavors, so exquisitely presented. The waiters's presentation and standing, their assistance and attention to every detail was refreshing and absolute perfection. My guests, stepson and his wife, were truly appreciative. They just sold their giant 'Elizabethan Catering Services' which they created in Edmonton Canada in 1985. Wanting to impress them, I had searched to find a restaurant such as yours. I could not have found better place. At a time where fast foods, pasta dishes, never-ending 'apéros', 'mac-dos' and prepared 'meals ' seem to have totally taken over our wonderful cuisine of renommée of past decades, sitting at your table provided a parenthèse of pur delight.

We were late relative to our reserved schedule for 20 persons of the same family. We were so happy to be so well accomodated with short notice. We were very well received, we took the menu of the day which was very delicious with miniardises well done and a good Loire river wine . We enjoyed the duck as well as the salmon, this was so good that we would prefere larger portions. We shall never forget the chocolat dessert. Very welcoming atmosphere with the tables spaced perfectly to have a private dining type experience. With an extensive wine list the host paired my partners wines to the DDay set menu we want for.

Our host was very attentive to all our needs and explained in good English what we were eating (and when we couldn’t understand we used google translate which was not a big deal)

We went for the D Day specially set menu which was a perfect choice and variety of amazing dishes.
