McDonald's — Restaurant in Calais

Everyone should avoid this place.

I went in because I have seen people seated. Wrong. There were no clients and the employees were having a party. I ordered at the computer and paid at the end. What a bad idea! I could not wait at the front, had to go wait by the door. If only this was the sole issue. 2 minutes later an aggressive woman barged on us: one can't be seated. So we had to wait standing, at the door while the employees were seated in the restaurant.

Waiting, I could admire the promotion poster edited by hand, and find out they don't have everything from the promotion.

At home I found out they are saving on paper napkins as I haven't found any.

So maybe other restaurants in the area are more interested...

The toilet smells bad which is always an indicator that all is not good. The serviette dispenser is empty and staff are too busy to fill it or to give a serviette.

I ordered a double big tasty meal without bread, the staff forgot the big tasty sauce, which is forgivable but when I asked for some pickles as well.... A big momma on the grill said "no" and that was the end of that, the manageress said "my colleague said no".

My children ordered happy meals with Nectarine snack, the nectarine was funky and smelled like alcohol.. there was a serious parlaver changing it to a yoghurt as the manageress argued that there was 1 day left on the date.

AVOID there are better McDonalds...

Eine sehr ordentliche und saubere McDonald's Filiale. Das Ambiente im modernem einheitlichem Stil.

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und nehmen sich auch für Fragen von Kunden und Touristen die Zeit um diese zu beantworten. Sehr Kundenorientiert! Der Sanitärbereich war sauber und geruchsneutral.

Food: Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Wrap, Baconburger, Burger mit Ei und Bacon? Salat, waren frisch und zügig zubereitet, heiß und schmeckten gut. Der Kaffee war gut heiß und rundete das Fastfoodmemü ab.

🔝👍Mitarbeiter Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin hilft bei Terminal Bestellungen. Bringservice an den Tisch mit lächeln auf den Lippen. Zuvorkommend und kundenorientiert.

Wir waren mit unserem Besuch sehr zufrieden und würden diese Mc Donald's Filiale jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Hier in der Filiale sollten sich einige deutsche Filialen mal anschauen was wirklich Fastfood und heißes Essen ist, Betrifft auch die Kundenfreundlichkeit und Kundenorientierung. Vielen Dank, wir kommen...
