Wow, what an amazing private dining experience! We took a 10 minute taxi from Île Rousse. Greg welcomed us into his home and we were seated outside on the terrace, with the most amazing view of the lake and mountains. My wife and I watched the mountains turned red as the sun set during the evening. Greg was the perfect host, super friendly, interesting and incredibly welcoming - we felt immediately relaxed. Greg’s food was delicious, vibrant and beautiful, all freshly prepared by Greg who sourced the ingredients from a local market that morning. The meal was also accompanied by incredible Corsican wines, as recommended by Greg. An unforgettable, must-do experience - thank you Greg, we hope to be back...

Greg, who’s a professional chef who has cooked in restaurants around the world and owned his own restaurant, invites you to his home and cooks an incredible meal for you. One can tell that he’s putting a lot of love, passion and skill into every single dish. As well as that his cooking is inspired by various places around the world, which makes it really interesting. Un vrai moment hors du temps ! Greg nous a reçus chez lui, sur sa terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur le lac de Codole. Dès notre arrivée, il a pris le temps de se présenter, de raconter son parcours et ses influences culinaires, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus unique et personnelle.

Nous avons commencé par une excellente mise en bouche, suivie d’un gaspacho à la burrata absolument délicieux, puis d’un porc parfaitement cuisiné. Greg nous a également conseillé un excellent vin qui s’accordait parfaitement au repas. Tout était d’une grande justesse et plein de saveurs

Au-delà de la cuisine, c’est la rencontre avec Greg qui rend la soirée si spéciale : une personne passionnée, d’une gentillesse folle, pleine d’anecdotes et de sincérité. On se sent tout de suite comme des invités privilégiés.
