Imaginez-vous un endroit comme celui-ci : Front de mer, vue mer, immense parking sous bois ombragĂ©, passage obligatoire pour accĂ©der Ă une plage turquoise⊠( TOUT le monde en rĂȘve). On nâapprĂ©cie plus ce que lâon a tous les jours sous le nez.
Lâaccueil est agrĂ©able par un jeune serveur qui parait connaitre son job. InstallĂ©s sur le rouet de boules car sans rĂ©servation ( 50% de place libre), cocktails bons mais limitĂ©s car pas tous les produits (en pleine saison). Le lieu est magique mais les installations sont vieillissantes, rouillĂ©es, brinquebalantes. Le service en salle complĂštement dĂ©sorganise se rĂ©percute sur la cuisine qui sort les plats au petit bonheur la chance avec des retours et des erreurs, normal. Les plats commandĂ©s sont trĂšs bons. Le patron qui reçoit ses potes toute la soirĂ©e et qui fait un service cocktail privĂ© ou le service bar parce quâil a aussi des potes au comptoir pendant que les deux petites serveuses novices essayent de ne pas se noyer dans cette dĂ©sorganisation.
Jâai adorĂ© le barman, cheveux long avec sa casquette aurĂ©olĂ©e sur la tĂȘte, lâair hagard Ă chaque commande. Bref, un sketch. Le chemin dâaccĂšs est privĂ© avec un sens interdit, sauf pour les copains qui arrivent en voiture oĂč dinent les clients sans se soucier des nuages de poussiĂšre qui se depose directement dans votre assiette.
