This restaurant was one of the reasons why we booked our stay at the Basgi Basgi hotel and we were very much looking forward to enjoying good food and wine during our 4-day stay. La Table did not disappoint. The chef and the owners make a point of sourcing local products and serving seasonal ingredients. The lunch menu is light and elegant. We loved the fish crudo, the salad, the cocktails to name a few items. The restaurant is family-friendly and the staff was very accommodating with our toddler, offering a high chair and kids menu. The dinner menu is even more refined. During our stay we had the opportunity to taste almost every dish and were delighted at each experience. The restaurant manager is charming and instantly makes you feel like you are at home. The wine recommendations were on point (the Corsican muscat became a must to kick off each meal) and the rhum offering is like nothing we had ever seen. I highly recommend La Table for its amazing sunset views from the terrasse too. Thank you for great memories!

I dined at this restaurant several times during my stay and was impressed each time. The food was consistently delicious, and the cocktails were excellent. I especially enjoyed the “œuf forestier” and the wild boar, both of which were well-prepared and flavorful. For dessert, I highly recommend making room as they are worth trying! The venue has a pleasant atmosphere, though it could benefit from dimmer lighting in the evenings to create a more intimate dining experience. For lunch, I enjoyed the crab club sandwich by the pool, and the ice cream was a great treat. Overall, this was a wonderful dining experience that enhanced my stay.

We had two dinners during our stay in the hotel and it’s by far the best restaurant in the city of saint florent. we‘re vegetarian, so options are limited as always in France. But their vegetarian dishes are yummy and beautiful presented. The atmosphere is very cosy with a modern twist and the service is helpful. Also the wine selection is local and noteworthy.
