LOcation ! Location Location ! Le lido has the most spectacular spot by the beach. You must do the reservations beforehand to ensure that the you get your deck chairs. The first evening that we went , we spotted an empty pair , asked one of the waiters if we could occupy it . he said yes at first . As we were settling our kids there we were asked to leave as the ' present guests of the resturant ' are given preference. I did wince with embarrasment then. Basically , they want to be sure you spend a your money there. My husband was part annoyed part intrigued by this behaviour ( and thus one star taken off ) - cos ofcourse we would have bought food and drinks there. Anyway , we ensured we got a place the next day ( dealing with a very stiff waitress wasnt delightful. but again my husband was adamant) , booked a spot and that was one wonderful day spent. i really cannot complain about anything thereon actually. Read moreWe've been at the Lido several days in a row for the sun beds and some drinks and always paid 30 € for 2 beds for the whole day. Surprisingly, the last time they charged 60 € (at the end of the day when we wanted to leave and pay) for the beds. When asking why that is the waitress explained it's because we didn't have lunch on this day. Looks like they try to get you in with lower prices in the beginning and when noticing that you don't spend money in the restaurant they simply increase the prices for sun beds and act as if that is the usual.

Moreover tasteless and not worthy the price. In addition, when I complained about the calamari, the responsible person argued with me and kept talking about it during the payment.
