Let me start by saying my experience was not shared by all at our table. Look every thing was ok and all had enjoyed except for me and my main meal. Prawns Flambee as I have previously had they were shelled and served with flames, hence the name. What I got was 5 prawns of good size still in the shells, not with flames and nor had they been at any time. Supplied with a bowl for the shells, a plastic bib and two wet wipes, my pet hate is having to shell the prawns and see all the black liquid, juices and poo tube whilst shelling. I thought I was safe ordering them flambee, not so, lazy chef is my only thoughts. Others at the table were happy with their meal so this Is my whine alone.
