We found out that Le Moulin Vert has become famous for its wood grilled open fire cooking, we were there for Sunday lunch and this big out of town premises was packed (out of season) so most probably with locals. Service was very friendly and the prices were more than fair for such superb meat, you can get a menu for €38 that includes the steak and an excellent choice of staters and a decent dessert. Just a quick note for those who may be thinking they should have the local specialty, Cassoulet.
