What a great find in the small town of Saint Didier. We were looking for a meal that introduced us to Provençal cuisine, and we finally found it tucked into a beautiful courtyard right in the center of town. Compared to other French cuisine we’ve tried, it was lighter, healthier, and more fresh than I was expecting. The chef (Joel) and his wife (Alice) explained how their menu rotates based on what they find at the local seasonal markets, and you can definitely taste that in their dishes. The slow cooked pork was perfectly tender and full of flavor. The tomato tart was buttery, flaky, and addicting (you must get this).
