L'Intemporel — Restaurant in Carpentras

We ate lunch at L'intemporel during our 2 week vacation in France this year. I have to say that regarding food, this was the highlight of the trip. The restaurant is incredible.

LOCATION - Very clean, easy to access, relaxing environment, close to Avignon.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - The service was excellent. Coralie was the lead server and was highly engaging and very responsive. They made accomodations for us travelling with children. We were treated very well.

THE FOOD - Quentin Gentil is a fantastic chef. Every dish we had was incredible. From the starters all the way through the desserts and cheese platter. The restaurant prides itself on its food sourcing: practically every ingredient you eat comes within 15 km of the restaurant. The meats and cheeses come from local farmers, the produce is local as well. This decision comes through in the food and makes for a truly regional tasting experience. After the meal as the restaurant was closing, we were able to get a tour with the chef of the operation. The kitchen is SO clean. For those that drink, The chef is the proud owner of one of the finest rum collections probably in the country. There is an entire menu of what he has to look through.

Verdict: 5 stars across the board on location, experience, service, and food. It's such a high quality experience. I definitely recommend, especially for tourists...

Première venue dans l'établissement, à l'arrivée grande terrasse très accueillante avec un bar extérieur, un côté barbecue et un terrain de boules, on commence bien on a l'impression d'être comme à la maison. Côté salle, déco chaleureuse, aqsiqe confortable, j'adore!!!! La carte sur une grande ardoise, il y a de beaux produits proposés tout est maison. Attention on ne rigole plus, les assiettes sont magnifique, les assaisonnements sont marqués et précis. C'est harmonieux, un régal. Une belle carte des vins pour accompagner tout çà avec de bons conseils par nos serveurs. Le dessert dans la même ligné, délicieux. Le service est impeccable, le sourire est au rendez-vous 😁. Pour les gourmands, vous pourrez trouver un choix de rhums d'environ 180 bouteilles que Grégoire saura vous conseiller selon vos goûts.
