We had an absolutely amazing meal at this restaurant, which was part of the hotel we were staying at. The dining experience was michelin like - amazing flavour combinations and professional staff. Outstanding. The food and wine in this restaurant was divine. Even the Amuse Bouche - a delicious humus with seeded crackers - was utterly scrummy. The green and white asparagus starter was sublime. The saddle of lamb was cooked to perfection and the sommelier paired the wines brilliantly. My wife had the most gorgeous dessert and I chose 5 from the burgeoning cheese...

C'était une superbe expérience. Nous sommes venus pour fêter l'anniversaire de ma mère. Le personnel était serviable et très sympathique. Vous mangez littéralement en face de la Basilique Notre-Dame de L'Épine. Pendant l'été, je vous suggère de prendre l'apéritif dehors, sur la terrasse, face à ce chef-d'oeuvre.

Les plats sont d'une grande qualité. Le veau que j'ai pu goûter était tendre et succulent, cuit à basse température. La décoration est plutôt moderne, chic, colorée et arty.

Petite mention au chef qui a su s'adapter au régime spécial de certains convives en proposant pour chaque étape du menu une alternative. Et quand je dis alternative, ce n'est pas juste un ingrédient en moins. C'était agréable, car tous les chefs ne proposent pas cette option. Merci...
