Refreshing cocktail to start followed by a wonderful pate with apple sauce and pickles and charcuterie of beech smoked slithers of beef with apple sauce and chunks of local cheese We could have left it at that and been more than satisfied, but our main was a bowl of minced pork potatoes and leek topped with grated cheese. Forcing a desert (itud be rude not to ) we had the lightest crepe ever shaped into a bowl with a scoop of vanilla lightly drizzled in caramel sauce.
