Our whānau/family had an exceptional dinner at Le Marchand last night. We came for coffee in the morning and the waitress was lovely & patient with our changing orders!

We decided to come back for dinner and were well rewarded. The ambience, the Le Femme waitstaff and Chefs created a dining experience that was outstanding. The wine recommendations (le naturale from local vineyards) were excellentand each beautifully plate of food was visually gorgeous and delectable.

Our dinner was very great value with appetizers, mains, small desserts, 2 bottles of wine, & aperitifs for the 6 of us. We are Kiwis and the exchange rate with the Euro is not great, but we all considered our dinner to be very well priced for a generous dinner. Thanks to the Le Marchand crew for the fantastic experience..

Big shout out to Ms Wanaka, the French chef who worked in the South Island of New Zealand - KIA ORA (hello...

Au fils des seasons! A must try! You will find the most exquisite and inspiring French cuisine that awakes all your senses. The presentations are always pieces of arts and the tastes are consistently complex and delicious. We find ourselves trying to name the tastes like we do wine tasting. Most amazing is the young couple who created this gem with their passion and the planet in mind. We feel like in paradise each time we dine here. It is truly the best dining experience you can find in Burgundy.

This restaurant beats any other restaurant we have been to in the region! We don’t know why it has not been Michelin starred yet but our dining experience at Le Marchand is consistently most exquisite and inspiring! Try the Au fils des saisons! You...

Cannot rave about this place enough! The most beautiful meal, service and wine I’ve had in Europe. They put up exceptionally well with our table of six and our limited French, the restaurant was run by just four people including the chefs but they did not miss a beat and the food was just stunning! The Pot Au Feux is the most divine meal I’ve had in a long time and everyone else was raving about their meals too.

Great value too - 300 Euro between six of us for entree, main and dessert + two bottles of wine, a beer and a gin. Absolutely the best meal of the trip and would come again in...

This restaurant is unmissable! The food was exquisite, delightful and memorable. The tangy tomatoes gaspacho paired perfectly with the creamy burrata. The veal shoulder stew melts in one's mouth like butter, and the accompaning pommes dauphines were pillowy and life-changing. The swordfish was cooked to perfection and marquise au chocolat was to die for. The three-course dinner menu was amazing value at 32 euros and the quality was top-notch. I can't recommend Le Marchand enough.
