Small town, don't expect anything to be open on Sunday. But... Walking past I noticed a nice wood fired oven so decided on this over the 'vending machine' pizza. It was ready in literally a few minutes. Price for the 'grande' wasn't bad at âŹ13. Bottle of rose âŹ7 50.. Pizza lacked taste and the bottom had too many burnt bits, especially around the edges. As I was the only customer in at the time, he could have taken his time. Also, ( maybe its typical France custom?) but it was raining when I left, he could have offered me a bag to protect the box from getting wet. And struggling to open the door with pizza in 1 hand and bottle in the other. Maybe a one-off low quality pizza-day so the next time he will get a second chance. I will add to my review if I do return. I had given 3* but after reading my review I gave 2*. For oven /cleanliness 2 but because of quality/taste and service., no more. Tip for the owner: take the time and put a little more passion in to your work. Use some herbs to add taste. You have a very nice and unique shop, build on...
