Restaurant L'Etape Gourmande Vihiers — Restaurant in Cholet

We went at noon this Tuesday and I was flabbergasted by the level of the quality the service and the “food” was. Rich but not too much, very elaborated (you have to try the menu at noon to understand what I mean) and simple (chocolate mousse!). What else do we need to spend a good meal? Last but not least: No French fried…isn’t a good sign …many thanks...

C'était un peu vide en ce jeudi soir mais l'accueil est parfait de gentillesse. Une carte travaillée avec des produits locaux de qualité. Saumon fumé maison excellent Pièce de bœuf et ses petits légumes et une sauce au vin d'Anjou très bonne. Crêpe fourrée pistache simple et bonne. Bons vins Bravo pour ce restaurant au centre de vihiers lys haut Layon qui propose un joli petit menu le midi pour 18 euros. Soir compter entre 40...
