While her restaurant was closed for the next few hours, this wonderful owner advised us that she would only be able to prepare a simple meal of either fresh fish or sausage, and salad, frites, tomatoes & sauted sliced apples. Various desserts, wines, beers and coffees were also available. She was on her own and indeed did provide us with a delicious lunch on the outdoor terrace. All was fresh and simply prepared - it was just what we needed. My only regret was I should have had a bowl of her pumpkin soup - which another patron devoured - but then I might not have had room for the lemon tart and berry coulis which I shared with my husband. Such a...

What a treat to discover this pilgrim-friendly jewel on the Chemin! Isabelle is so welcoming and speaks great English. It’s great stop for a coffee and pastry and if you are lucky you will stumble across here at lunchtime. The chef Ronan made me a delicious gravlax to fuel my Camino! They also have exquisite French specialties like foie gras with Armagnac and ris de veau. And an incredible wine cave! And in such a...

We stayed at the Maison du Bois B&B in the delightful village of St.Antoine and were recommended this restaurant. Everything was perfect - the food, the wine, the service and the atmosphere. If travelling on the motorway it is absolutely worth the 5 km diversion to eat there.
