After a hike in the nearby mountains we stopped here for lunch. Because it was already 15:30 kitchen was closed but the friendly owner told us he would prepare the typical Corsican dish of dried meats, cheese, bread and pickles Fresh oven baked bread was served with the local products and we ate it all. Attirato dall'impressionante 4.7 vado e probabilmente imboccando una serata no del locale becco una mezza sola. Due menù (solo terra, mezze porzioni, 1° e 2° nello stesso piatto) da 37 euro l'uno. Sei fette di salsiccia coppa e lonzino 2+2+2, 2 frittelle al formaggio riscaldate, 2 cannelloni con sugo lento , 3 pezzi di vitello con sugo lentissimo (deve essere una tipicità), 2 pezzi di formaggio buono con marmellata, dolce tipico al formaggio freddo di frigo (peccato). Mezzo litro di vino e una lasagna (buona) alla modica cifra di 96 euro. Nessuna preparazione degna di memoria a parte la tempistica, due tavoli occupati in tutto il ristorante 19.15-22.00. Sehr angenehme, freundliche Atmosphäre und gute, regional geprägte Küche. Neben "Standards" der korsischen Küche, die man sehr häufig auf der Insel findet (z.B. Kalbsragout, Cannelloni mit Brocciu, Burger) gab es bei unserem Besuch auch ein Tagesgericht, das nicht auf der Karte stand: Lammbraten mit viel Gemüse und Couscous - wunderbar gekochte, bodenständige Regionalküche.
