Maybe it's 8 days of hard hiking and eating dehydrated meals but I really appreciated a good hearty meal, cafe au lait and the best ice cream I've put in my mouth this month. Facilities include a flushing toilet with toilet paper and a working light (take that Tighjettu and l'Onda tsunami squat toilets). The house dog looks plumper than reviews two years ago and has finessed it's puppy dog eyes, personal space just respected. Prices were clear and up front. Service was reasonably adequate considering we literally stink, have weird stains from the day's swim (sorry every other showering tourist) and can't pronounce the meals we're ordering. The side shop had exciting museli bar flavours (cafe & chocolate!) and museli we will be enjoying for the remainder of our GR20 adventure. We will fondly remember this pit stop.

Everyone can have a bad day... but a minimum of courtesy should be expected towards their guests. Hello, please, thank you, bye would be enough. Unfortunately none. Only the note that backpacks should be placed somewhere else. Service -1 out of 10. Toilets Cleanliness 2 out of 10 :( Cleanliness tables 3 out of 10. At least the cappuccino was good.

I like burgers. I have tried many in different places and countries but i will remember this one. Definitely the worst I've experienced and maybe the most expensive at the same time. Service as fast as the Czech Post. If you can, go somewhere else, it can't be worse.

DO NOT VISIT – You’ve Been Warned!

Ladies and gentlemen, allow us to introduce you to possibly the worst excuse for a rest stop / buffet / café / mystery-smelling hole on the entire island. Take it slow—unless you’re ready for a heart attack.

FOOD: -5/5 Yesterday’s heated baguette paired with tuna straight from the can. No veggies, no salad, nothing else. Just sadness on a plate.

SHOP: -10/5 The only good thing? Most items are still in their original packaging—thankfully, because the trust level with the staff is… nonexistent. Oh, and you’re required to spend a minimum of 20€. That’s surprisingly easy when the cashier decides to “round up” a few euros. Maybe he’s saving up for a dentist. Or failed math class. Or both.

STAFF: Unmeasurable / 5 Take a seat before reading this. The guy was rude, slow, and about as friendly as a cactus. Struggled with basic math, slammed plastic bottles in a fit of rage, and questioned us for simply watching him work. It felt more like low-budget street theatre than customer service. We almost tipped him out of pity—maybe he could finally afford better drugs.

In summary: The WORST experience I’ve...

I've never been anywhere and been served by someone so rude. The waitress clearly didn't like paying customers, least of all those who couldn't speak French or had a large backpack with them (which absolutely MUST BE LEFT OUTSIDE!!)

We got moved from a table that then got given to someone else, then told there was no burgers only to then see someone else order one at the next table.

She was also being mean to another staff member (my French isn't completely appalling).

We were half tempted to leave but we wanted a beer too much so stayed for one and then swiftly left.

Really not a welcoming place for those looking for refreshments whilst...
