Restaurant Tizarella — Restaurant in Corte

We visited the Tizarella Restaurant the day of our arrival at the camping site. We came at around 7 pm, being the first guests of the evening, and got seated immediately without reservation, while moments after the restaurant filled quickly. The welcome was very warm and friendly. You can see a lot of love and effort put in many details. The rather young staff was very friendly and motivated, while apparently they still need to tweak some details. However the remaining minor hiccups could be smiled away easily. The Napoli pizza was absolutely delicious, while the Margerita might have deserved a little bit less Emmentaler-style cheese and some Mozzarella instead, but maybe that is a regional thing. Our daughter loved it anyway. All of the pizzas have a perfect stonebaked crust that is absolutely worth trying. tl;dr: 3 really good pizzas with drinks and friendly staff for 40 Euro - what else can...

Wir hatten uns sehr aufs Essen gehen gefreut und wurden leider enttäuscht: Pasta Carbonara mit viel zu weich gekochten Nudeln, mit Speck und einfach nur einem fettigen Sahnefilm... keine Spur von Ei. Girasoli mit Burrata-Füllung waren industrielle Fertig-Ravioli mit ein paar Tomaten und trockenen Kräutern garniert. Dafür dann 16 bis 18€ zu verlangen finde ich schon eine Nummer. Da kann ich mir auch eine Packung Ravioli im Supermarkt für 4€ holen, den Rest macht der Campingkocher. Pizza gab es nicht als wir dort waren, sonst nur Gerichte mit Fleisch. Schade, denn der Ort ist sehr schön, tolle Terrasse, freundliches Personal. Aber zum Essen dort hin zu gehen würde ich wirklich...

Nous sommes allés avec ma famille il y a plusieurs jours au restaurant et c'est magnifique. L'endroit était très sympa, c'était plein de monde, ça parle de lui-même… Il y avait de la musique basse, il faisait beau. Nous avons commandé des pizzas, salade de chèvre chaud, Girasoli avec burrata, tous d'excellents plats. Le travail des cuisiniers est incroyable, tout est très savoureux. La pizza et son magnifique four. jeunes serveurs sympathiques Le seul point négatif que j'ai à dire c'est que j'ai remarqué et vu que la patronne traite très mal ses employés, c'est très inconfortable de voir ça.
