U Spurtinu — Restaurant in Corte

In the menu there is a 400 g Steak. When ordered, I was told the price per kilogramm was 60 €. What they didn't tell me was, that they were about to serve a whole kg of meat instead of the 400 g in the menu. The meat itself contained at least 700 g of bones and huge tendons. The price was still 60 €. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place...

Un duo sœur-frère qui reprend l'entreprise familiale et la met à sa main; deux autodidactes hors pair. Le service est sympathique, l'ambiance agréable, le décor chaleureux et éclectique... et que dire de la nourriture! Fins, recherchés, les choix de plats sur la carte et l'exécution sont superbes. Mon amoureux et moi, en provenance de Montréal (Québec, Canada), apprécions essayer régulièrement de nouveaux restaurants, de différentes cuisines et de gammes variées. Celui-ci, on le voudrait bien pouvoir le ramener près de chez-nous!! Tout est délicieux, on y retournerait souvent si on n'avait pas à prendre l'avion hihi Ce soir, on a dégusté : petite gaspacho et ses croutons (offerte), tartare de veau (entrée) et son pain, risotto au beurre blanc citronné avec son poulpe tendre à souhait, tortellonis d'osso buco avec son espuma de gorgonzola et amandes torréfiées, et finalement, un dessert chocolaté.
