What fantastic food and service. We were very lucky as we had not made a reservation but they accommodated us and our dog without hesitation. It was a Thursday evening and it soon had a lot of tables filled with customers who had made reservations. The history of the place tells us that it has been in the same family for 70 years and all produce is hand picked by the chef. The chef and the lady who greeted us are husband and wife and also the owners. The young ladies who served us were so polite and professional and despite my very poor French they spoke a little English. Just one of the best meals we have enjoyed as a family. If you are within 100 miles, go to this restaurant and you will not be disappointed. Produits locaux, de qualité, très bien cuisinés - niveau d'un restaurant gastronomique - ! Ils mettent l'accent sur la provenance de leurs produits et des producteurs ou artisans avec lesquels ils travaillent, ce qui est un vrai plus ! Petit bémol pour l'assiette de fromage: compté et camembert bons certes, mais pas typique du coin... ce qui tranche avec le concept de produits locaux (et il y a suffisamment de quoi faire avec les fromages des Pyrénées il me semble !). Service impeccable et relativement rapide. Bon conseil pour le vin. Dîner en terrasse dans une ambiance calme, reposante et détendue, avec suffisamment d'espace entre les tables...
