We (a family of 5 people) booked a table at this restaurant to celebrate our last evening of our holiday. We chose it specifically for its location at the lake and we were looking forward to a great lakeside view. At arrival we got a table right in front of the kitchen. I had a view of the toilet entrance (and everything that went on there), smelled the kitchen smoke, heard the noise and yelling, and the nervous running around of the staff. This was not he environment I was anticipating. We ordered the red wine, and having had a first taste, the bottle was plonked on the table and we were left to serve ourselves. Very classy waitress! Being served took forever. When we finally got our food my husbands dish was forgotten. We had to start with him looking at us eating. The excuses of the waitress could have been absolved if she had offered him something free. A glass of wine, anything. Finally we were able to order desert. It took forever for the deserts to be served. In the meantime I had the pleasure to watch a couple change their baby's diaper on a table where people had just eaten. The fish and the grilled steaks were good. The portions were very generous. However the exotic ice cream I orderdered especially for the red fruits was a disapointment. I mainly tasted apple and a milimiter size of kiwi that I only recognised because of its coulour. No exotic fruit to be found under the masses of whipped cream. The staff of this restaurant could use some training in stress management. And actually, it would be nice if they would offer tourists the same service as the locals. I, for one, will not go back. La présentation pourrait être améliorée pour un restaurant qui propose des tarifs relativement élevés. 50€/personne en moyenne avec apéritifs et une bouteille de vin pour 5. Tapenade et saumon fumé délicieux, les pieds de porc quasiment pas de viande, que du gras. Le filet de bar est bon sans être extraordinaire. Le plat "blanc brebis" est tellement gras qu'il en est écoeurant, les tagliatelles sont trop cuites. Je me demande si la salade n'est pas industrielle (en sachet). Les desserts extra. Quant à l'accueil, la patronne est très aimable, par contre les jeunes serveuses peu souriantes et l'une d'entre elles qui visiblement n'était pas occupée et me regardait, n'est pas venue m'aider alors que j'étais en difficulté. Peut être qu'elles sont stagiaires et qu'elles ont encore des progrès à faire. Le cadre est magnifique au bord du lac.
