For my taste the espresso shot was perfect. Proper ratio of beans to espresso and the right pressure. On top great beans!
I tried many espressos in the area of hossegor and Biarritz and what I noticed: compared to Italian espresso (1g of beans ~ 2 or 3 ml of espresso), the ratio is rather 1 to 5 or higher. For my taste most espressos in the area are too liquid. So if you’re looking for a short, strong espresso - this is the place to go.
P.S. the pastry looked great but we didn’t try it. Nice interior design and cool coffee gadgets...

The cafe is a great space and uses wood + glass for a nice atmosphere with plenty of seating and tables to work from. My only quam was that the cappuccino didn't have any chocolate on top or in the bottom before the coffee shot so it was pretty much just a latte but great taste, so no point crying over it !!
