We were looking for an open restaurant on Tuesday (normally majority of the restaurants in the area are closed) and we came by this restaurant that was open. We were very pleased with the service - extremely nice and friendly staff, helping to choose the wine and the food, delicious home made food, definitely recommend for everyone visiting Salernes!

Nice relaxed, restaurant. The food was rather good. Their Andouillette 5A is excellent. The tuna steak was so big, I had never seen this, even in the US. There were a few nerves in it, but given the thickness, I suppose it's expected. The service was pleasant.

Foreign tourists please beware

Drove for an hour and a half to visit. We politely asked if we could have a table for two and were rudely dismissed. He told us "no tables left" when we saw so many tables available :( we pointed to some open tables asked if we could sit in any of them and he said no very rudely and said go...

Biked to area electric bikes as quite up hill on route. Huge choice of out door dining in the square area. Plenty of little shops. Sadly a few closed due to difficulties during the last 18 mths. I'm not saying the word. However pleasant wee village. Old style homes and nice 9nce arrive. We cycling from Flaysco about...
