It is with a sense of both disappointment and restrained indignation that I write these words, not out of impulsive anger but from a sincere desire to warn others from repeating my mistake. What was served to me under the proud and misguided label of "pizza" was, in truth, a culinary aberration an appalling assembly of pre-cooked dough and a bewildering, almost provocative mixture of mozzarella and Gruyère, as if designed by someone who has heard of pizza only in passing and decided to reinvent it without understanding it in the slightest. The taste, if one can call it that, was an exercise in imbalance and unpleasantness, leaving a lasting and thoroughly unwanted memory, one that unfortunately followed me into the solitude of my hotel room where I was forced to confront the full, nauseating consequences of this so-called meal. I will, out of fairness, acknowledge that the staff were courteous and polite, though tragically unable to compensate for what can only be described as a complete failure in the kitchen. As an Italian, the experience left me with a deep sense of cultural offense; this is not pizza, and calling it so is nothing short of an insult to a proud and time honored tradition. Bonjour où bonsoir. Nous sommes de passage à flayosc pour aller adopter pour un autre chien et nous sommes arrêtés pour manger. ( Nous venons de nice) Accueil bien accueilli et une place à l extérieur à la perfection en plein soleil et jolie. Ma copine a pris une bruschetta végétarienne excellente avec des bons produits locaux. Moi j ai pris des pennes au jambon de Parme excellent. C'est un bon restaurant avec des produits locaux avec surtout une bonne tarte aux pommes très bon. Je vous conseille ce restaurant à 200 pour % et surtout en a vu qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix sur la carte et c'est comme ça on reconnaît un bon restaurant.
