We had the pleasure of dining at La Pergolade and it was an unforgettable experience. The setting is simply magical — a calm oasis by the water, where you can enjoy your meal surrounded by nature and a sense of serenity. Watching the reflections on the lake while dining created such a relaxing and romantic atmosphere.

We had dinner with my mother , my wife and and my son. My son is 2,5 years old and as you might now that could be a bit of struggle, well not at this place, everyone was Kind, the food was amazing , they’re flexible and the spot, oh the spot was amazing, big fish in the pond could entertain a 2 year old for hours, and with the staff supplying some extra bread the fun just gets better and better. The meat was perfect. Perfect, the knife slides in without any force and the taste was amazing. Le maitre d'hôtel est pleins de réflexions inapproprié... sûrement dans un mauvais jour (nous sommes arrivés à 11h50 au lieu de midi et ils nous a bien fait comprendre que nous étions trop en avance et que par conséquent il n'a pu prendre son café car .... je cite, il n'a que 30 minutes de pause...) ensuite il a râler car il a pas compris que nous voulions 1 épaule d'agneau pour 2 ( il restait 2 commandes à prendre sur notre table et j'ai dit " ce serai 2 épaules pour nous) et il nous a dis 3 fois que les épaules c'est pour 2 ... et comme j'ai dis 2 épaules il a noté 2 x 2 assiettes ... qui aurai voulu dire que nous étions 7 à table ... au lieu de 5 réellement ... venant de la restauration nous étions choqués par son incompetence !!

incroyable cette mauvaise foi .... rarement vu ça dans un restaurant de ce standing...

Bref nous n'y retournerons plus

Je pense que quand on est pas capable d'accepter les critiques.... il faut changer de profession.... vous devez sûrement vous sentir parfait et les meilleurs... et bien .. pas ce jour là.. ça arrive aussi a a d'autres ...

Et je dois admettre que vous avez pris de temps de vérifier mes avis google ..... du temps à perdre sûrement... Si vous aviez regardé attentivement, vous auriez pu comprendre mon parcours professionnel... et comprendre que mes critiques sont légitime...

Si vous voulez des cours pour votre maître d'hôtel ? Je peux facile vous orienter vers de vrai professionnels qui ne font pas de réflexions et qui savent prendre soins de leurs clients...
