La Taverne — Restaurant in Draguignan

Having no choice as everything else was closed we came to La Taverne for my birthday evening meal. I have never felt so uncomfortable and been made to feel so awful. There are 2 waiters, one really lovely one who disappeared after we arrived and one who clearly hates life... he treated us terribly, could be because we are English as he treated the fellow French slightly better. He constantly stated at us and kept taking away glasses etc from the table while we were talking... anyways all in all I would not come here again. Wouldn’t...

Had a mediocre experience at this terrace. Food was good, but portions were way too small. Service was ok, but at some point they forgot about our table. The terrace is a little closed in and when there is no wind and alot of people are smoking it was a little unplesant to eat there.

We had the 35 euro menu and I wondered if it would be fairly awful tourist food but it was really good value. We had lovely big scallops for starter, then fillet steak which could have been more tender but I enjoyed regardless, and a really fantastic moelleux...
