Le Chai, the restaurant at Foduges Praduges is peaceful retreat with fresh and flavourful food. Very relaxed and refined atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. I had the Foie Beignet, Summer Courgettes, Tuna, and Pistachio Tart. All the dishes were flavourful and I especially liked the Courgettes which were packed with summer flavours. A magnificent place to eat in Ramatuelle. It's a 15 minute drive from the Saint Tropez coast but is absolutely worth it. Nous avons passé une soirée exceptionnelle au Chai de Fondugues Pradugues. Le cadre est absolument magnifique — au cœur des vignes, baigné par la lumière dorée de Ramatuelle. Dès l’arrivée, on sent que l’on est dans un lieu à part.

Nous avons choisi le menu dégustation avec accord mets et vins, et chaque plat nous a vraiment surpris par sa finesse et son originalité. Le plat à base de betterave et ricotta était aussi beau que délicieux, le crudo d’une grande fraîcheur, et le canard parfaitement cuit. Les accords vins étaient justes et mettaient chaque plat en valeur.

Un immense merci à Alex pour son service irréprochable. Attentif, chaleureux, passionné — il a largement contribué à rendre cette soirée mémorable.
