A new discovery and a meal to really remember. Very professional and knowledgeable waiter who gave a friendly and warm welcome and then explained each dish with care and made it sound delicious before even trying. Beautifully presented and so delicious from the starter to the desert. Fine food with many flavors and textures. Trio of Spring Rolls (prawn vegetable and chicken) with a dipping sauce like no other. Beef cooked to perfection and so tender with Polenta and vegetables. Difficult to choose a desert as they all sounded mouthwateringly good but the white chocolate desert certainly didn’t disappoint. Le Clavero is a fantastic find folks. I have worked in the food industry for roughly ten years and Le Clavero is a gentle reminder to us of what a real restaurant should feel like. Guillaume & Gregory run the restaurant with care and passion. This restaurant been the best of the well reviewed restaurants we have tried in Provence and along the Côte d’Azur. The guys are charming and the food… exceptional.

Wow, what a fantastic dining experience. I visited R Le Clavero with friends (built up over many years of visits to their restaurant) of Guillaume and Gergely in the beautiful village of Claviers. They are such lovely hosts, and very happy to actively engage in conversation and banter with their guests. I can certainly recommend this restaurant as a destination for everyone looking for wonderfully prepared fresh seasonal food in a beautiful restaurant. It's the best value for money that I've experienced...
