McDonald's — Restaurant in Figeac

McDonald's in the south of France is a completely different experience. They are very good at customer service, and they are good at different recycling methods, and their food is served with pride and care.

The UK McDonald's could learn a lot about how fast food restaurants should be run.

If you eat in, they use plastic cups and plastic holders for fries, and you recycle everything in the 1 2 3 method bins it's simple and makes sense and again, why hasn't the UK adapted to this?

They must cut down on paper and cardboard waste by half if people are eating in and lessoning their impact on the rubbish contributions.

However still using paper straws for drinks for take aways is horrible they go soggy within minutes and make the drinks taste disgusting and so there's just no consistency when it comes to the whole recycling and fast food eating experience but it could save McDonald's millions and keep customers happy across the globe.

Inadmissible ! J'ai attendu plus de 30 minites à ma table sans voir arriver ma commande. Me rendant finalement au comptoir, il s'est avéré qu'elle avait été préparée à emporter alors que je consommais sur place. L'une des serveuses a eu l'audace de me reprocher d'avoir été "introuvable" au guichet et de me donner le sac qui attendait depuis des lustres dans un coin. Elle m'a affirmée que je m'étais trompée alors que j'avais avec moi le chevalet que j'avais renseigné sur la borne pour le service en salle ! Il s'est avéré que l'erreur venait de la personne qui m'avait encaissée. La serveuse s'est énervée et a finalement ordonné à une collègue de refaire la commande avant de m'ignorer royalement. Aucune excuse. Je sais de source sûre qu'une fois de retour à ma table, ils ne m'ont pas "refait" la commande mais ont juste réchauffé le tout ! J'ajoute que j'avais payé la commande de 11 euros avec un chèque vacance de 20 euros sur lequel on ne m'avait même pas rendu la monnaie (alors que ç'avait été le cas dans tous les autres McDo où j'avais déjà mangé) !
