McDonald's — Restaurant in Forbach-Boulay-Moselle

Apparently, this is the 'new' McDonald's concept. Weird uncoordinated color scheme inside, uncosy sitting with strange chairs, only the outside is recognizable as McDonald's. The food was unappetizing! The ceasar salad was an abomination! Unattractive sort of Tupperware packaging, uninspired and brutally put together: a lump of soggy dried croutons, rubbery lank tasting cheese strips, and lettuce chunks a rabbit would pass on. The chicken pieces on top were ok (at least something edible!) The fries had no salt, they tasted bland and were not fried thoroughly. The mayo sauce, you had to look with a magnifying glass to find the sauce, the package was miniature! The cheese burger was ok. The drinks were served in camping glasses, weird plastic taste. No ice in the sodas, and they were flat! The service, where shall we start... personnel were more busy taking pictures of each other with a flag, in front of the till rather than making food and serving customers. Got 2 knives with my salad, not very suitable to eat. Had to ask for salt for the fries. Toilets were not clean, paper everywhere on the floor in the toilet stall. The sink was yuck too. And then the trash area. You obviously have to recycle the packaging when eating in. However, trash bins were overflowing, and there is no way to discard left over salad. The container does not fit the bin opening. Let alone if that ttash area is too full. No, this is not the future of the 'happy meal' place. This is a sad meal place now. McDonald's France, do something about this as your business will...

Un agradable lugar para comer comida rápida típica de la cadena dentro de un gran y completo Shopping Mall. Tuve un pequeño problema con un auto alquilado muy cerca de ese lugar y merece un gran reconocimiento público el encargado del local de McDonald’s (Emre Yasar) que un domingo festivo brindó su tiempo y ayuda completamente desinteresada a una pareja de turistas y los ayudó a salir de una situación complicada que presentaba serias dificultades para llegar a una ciudad de mayor tamaño y continuar el viaje planeado. No puedo más que seguir agradeciendo su gran y desinteresada ayuda y remarcar que la calidad humana del personal del local es superlativa y el encargado del lugar un ser humano excepcional. Muchas gracias por todo y mucha suerte con tus cosas!!!

A nice place to eat fast food typical of the chain inside a large and complete Shopping Mall. I had a little problem with a rented car very close to that place and the manager of the McDonald's store (Emre Yasar) who one festive Sunday he offered his time and completely disinterested help to a couple of tourists and helped them get out of a complicated situation that presented serious difficulties to reach a larger city and continue the planned trip. I can only continue to thank you for your great and selfless help and emphasize that the human quality of the local staff is superlative and the manager of the place is an exceptional human being. This is the most expensive McDonald's I've ever encountered. 2 cheeseburgers alone were 7€! We were the only car in the drive-thru but we waited ~5 minutes for our food. We ordered and were charged for 2 waters but instead of bottles we received tap water in cups?? And one lid was damaged so it spilled in the car, and we received no napkins. Also the fries were cold as if we were receiving old fries, but they did provide us new ones when we made...
